Low Season
Cancellation Policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
Deposit Policy:
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation 1 day before arrival.

Semi - High Season (School Holidays - except Winter)
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy:
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival.

High Season (Long Weekend, Summer Holidays)
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy:
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Peak Season (Easter and Christmas / New Year Holidays)
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy:
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Highly Recommend

Great location. Water views over the road. Easy walk down the street. Very clean rooms and outside areas. Good size room and facilities. BBQ and pool area. Very friendly and approachable hosts. A great feature for no extra cost-if you are staying more than one night you can have your room refreshed when you go out for the morning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back

Great value

Room was quite large with a sofa as well. Bed very comfy with electric blanket which was very welcoming on a cold night. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Very clean. Very friendly gentleman checked us in and offered suggestions for dinner. Same gentleman cleaned the windscreen of all the cars next morning. How good is that! Excellent value.

Kristian and Michelle are the owners and really lovely people. When I opened the door to my room I was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful room and totally spotless. I would definitely recommend this motel. It's the best one I have stayed at. The one I'm staying in tonight is the total opposite as I've had to wipe surfaces, remote etc as some things haven't been cleaned well at all. I felt so comfortable at Cunningham's with the cleanliness and the very friendly welcome. Thanks guys I hope to stay again.

Lovely, friendly motel with a nice pool

We spent a night here recently with the grandkids in a family suite. The motel is located perfectly opposite the sheltered beach. A comfy queen bed in the main room and three single beds in an adjoining bedroom made for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Breakfast was huge and beautifully cooked, even though my grandson swiped all my bacon. The pool was a hit with the kids and the whole motel is really clean and well maintained. Lovely friendly hosts made our stay a real pleasure.

Friendly Convenient Accommodation

Just a quick overnight stay, but I'll be back. Cheap rates yet well appointed rooms, very friendly customer service and recommendations for local sights and food. I'll be a return customer for sure. Perfect.
